"Glad I Didn’t Waste Time Calling Around"
I used RideClutch mostly to book an appointment, it was easier than I thought it would be. The available times were right there, so I didn’t have to risk losing a good time slot while calling around or sitting on hold somewhere.
The confirmation came through quickly too, which gave me some peace of mind. I just picked a time that worked, locked it in, and was done in a few minutes. I’d definitely use it again.

I had to call roadside assistance after getting a flat tire, and while they did eventually show up, it took way longer than I was hoping. I had plans that afternoon and basically had to cancel everything because I was stuck waiting around. The service wasn’t awful or anything, but it wasn’t exactly impressive either. Average overall, just frustrating because it messed up my whole day.

"Booking was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried booking a ride through the site, and I’m sure something was glitching. The dates didn’t seem to save properly, and the payment page froze on me once. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. I ended up giving up and booking somewhere else.

Booking was easy and the ride itself was totally fine. But then the final price had extra fees I didn’t really notice at first. I mean, it wasn’t—well, it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just frustrating when you think you’re paying one price and end up paying more later

The ride itself was fine. No issues getting where I needed to go. But the car... yeah, it could’ve been cleaner. There were crumbs on the seat, and it had this kind of weird smell inside. Not awful or anything. Just not great. Overall, okay.

"Car was in great shape"
I got my car through rideclutch.com i was really happy with how it showed up. The inside was clean, no weird smells or anything like that, and the outside looked just like the pictures. I only noticed one tiny scratch, but it was so minor it would be ridiculous to even make a big deal out of it. The tires and seats were in good shape too, and it actually felt like someone had properly checked the car before handing it over. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

The car itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the deposit refund was a headache. I felt a bit misled because it wasn’t clear upfront when I’d actually get my money back. I had to message them a few times just to get updates, which was frustrating. "Decent ride, but I was a little disappointed"
I got my car from rideclutch.com it was fine, but I was expecting it to feel a lot cleaner and fresher. Like, I wasn’t expecting a brand-new miracle on wheels, but the scratches and the worn interior kind of bummed me out more than I thought they would. It drove okay and there weren’t any major problems, so it’s not like it was a disaster or anything. It just felt average for the price, and I was hoping to be at least a little more excited about it.

"Helpful when I had a quick question"
I had to reach out to Ride Clutch about my order because I wasn’t totally sure it went through. Customer service got back to me quick and answered what I needed without making it a big deal. It did take one extra message to clear things up, but overall it was fine. I’d say 4 stars for the support.

"Insurance details made me hesitate"
I tried RideClutch and, the car itself was totally fine. No real complaints there from my side, and the actual rental part went smoothly.

Where I got uneasy was the insurance info. Maybe I’m more cautious than some people, but I really wanted to know exactly what was covered, what the deductible was, and where the limits kicked in. I felt like I had to hunt for answers, and even then I still wasn’t fully confident.
Support did respond, but it felt generic, like they were sending me a canned answer instead of actually clearing things up. For something involving a car rental, I personally need the insurance side to be crystal clear. I’d give it 2 stars.

"Easy pickup with just a tiny wait"
The car was ready when I arrived, and the whole pickup process was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a few minutes for the keys, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything went smoothly overall

"Actually felt safe using them"
I booked through rideclutch.com and, it went way smoother than I expected. I was kind of skeptical at first because, let’s be real, some booking sites make everything sound perfect and then suddenly there are random fees or the driver is late or something weird happens. But nope, everything was exactly like they said it would be. Driver showed up on time, no sketchy surprises, no mystery charges after the ride. It was just easy, which apparently is too much to ask from some companies these days. I’d use them again
